I tried the hot water soak, bend it back, put it in cold water and it wasn't quite as crisp of a fix as with other mantic products. That said, only one model had any flash (other than small nubs on the base where the molds attached) and they painted up really well after being primed... also, it is worth mentioning the plastic helmets (which in hind sight I should have left off before sealing the models, then glued on using white glue (not superglue!) fit really nicely which was as surprise!!JAHATCH28https://www.blogger.com/profile/11454341539851352760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-494036981645947517.post-64277790832594749132014-10-29T20:44:22.255+00:002014-10-29T20:44:22.255+00:00The quality of the minis is decidedly gaming stand...The quality of the minis is decidedly gaming standard, as opposed to tabletop minis standard. They aren't GW, but they aren't bad at all - think zombicide but slightly more detailed. The robot and saucer are nice, but not outstanding. Not a bad effort and acceptable when painted.big fat fredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14958061116467013021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-494036981645947517.post-33276253723550371732014-10-28T19:34:48.293+00:002014-10-28T19:34:48.293+00:00What do you think about the quality of the plastic...What do you think about the quality of the plastic? I'm most interested by the truck when it comes out in retail, but I will admit the excuse to shout "Ack-ack-ack-ack-ack" at my opponents while gleefully ray-gunning civilians is highly tempting...The Responsible Onehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10377870574546599439noreply@blogger.com
