SHIPPING NEWS
All the priority orders that we could process have shipped. This week and next week we're shipping priority orders to distributors who also submitted their orders by the cut off date so if you pre-ordered through a store by the deadline you should start to see your orders turn up.
Just today we took delivery of the Resin Upgrade sets so any orders waiting on resin versions of the Two Player Starter Set will start shipping on Tuesday after the Bank Holiday weekend here - that also includes Starter bundles and Vault Dweller bundles that had resin versions of the Starter Set selected. Please be patient as they make their way through the postal system.
What's left? That's the web (and priority direct to retail) orders with the most complicated sets which include the Robots, Creatures and Scenics. They've taken a lot lot longer to produce than first thought. I had expected we'd take delivery this week but that turned out to be the resin starter set upgrades.
I know that Robot Core sets, individual Creature blisters and many Scenic blisters are en-route to us for delivery Tuesday. During next week we should also start receiving the Creature Core sets and the first of the Wasteland Scenic Sets - at which point this triggers the first of the massive Vault Tec Complete Bundles to go out. I expect these will start shipping later next week and in to the following week. We're pushing to get these out as quickly as we can.
Please bear in mind we're currently only shipping orders made before the March 1st cut-off date. All other orders will start shipping next - we have to ensure both priority web and distributor go first so that people who ordered early online or in store will get their orders first. We expect 'non-priority' orders to start shipping soon if they only include the main core sets and faction expansions, however if they include the robots, scenics and creature then there may be a longer delay as we wait for additional stock of these sets to arrive, however we'll be getting bi-weekly shipments from the factory and we'll be sending regular updates.

If you supported the pre-order through your retailer here's an update:
EUROPE: Some European distributor pre-orders have shipped who met the cut-off date, and the rest will ship on Tuesday. We'll be working on getting those distributors orders prepped who didn't make the cut-off as soon as all priority orders have shipped. Non-priority orders will then be fulfilled in date order as quickly as supplies allow.
NORTH AMERICA: The missing container that was pulled for X-Ray has been released and is on route to our warehouse. We're expecting US distributors to start receiving pre-ordered stocks in about 10 days time, after which retailers should receive their stock shortly after.
REST OF THE WORLD. Further afield, places like Australia are being processed and it will depend on the individual distributor's shipping preference how soon their arrive.
Some distributors did not get their orders in before the cut-off date and so we're having to prioritise those that did first. This maybe reflected in the estimated arrival dates given by your store but we will be doing our best to get those stocks out as quickly as we can.
We're using this experience to better plan the next waves of releases - as you'll see on the development blog we've reduced the waves to smaller chunks which we can turn around much quicker and ensure we can keep a steady flow of product to retailers too. Whilst it's been amazing delivering such a fantastic range of product for Wave 1 we want to make sure we can get you the product much quicker next time.
