Unboxing Malifaux - The Effigies

In the interests of equality every-one gets an Effigy...except for the Ten Thunders who didn't exist at the time they made the models...they probably don't deserve one anyway as they already get too much cool stuff...

Arcane Effigy - Arcanists.

Plenty of flash on this two part model but nowhere you can't get too. The separate book is a bugger to attach as it's quite heavy and has quite small points of contact...activator is your friend. On the bright side mould lines are minimal.

Brutal Effigy - Guild.

The coffin fits easily on the back and the joint for the hand locates quite easily as well. Flash is minimal as are mould lines.

Carrion Effigy - Resurrectionists.

The head and a held skull are separate pieces. The skull was a tiny bit fiddly to attach on this one as the location isn't obvious. The head fits on well but it's quite heavy and the neck is fairly thin...it was one of those 'glued to my finger rather than the model' events we all know and love, lol.

Hodgepodge Effigy - Outcasts.

One piece, minimal mould lines...no problem...

Mysterious Effigy - Neverborn

The wooden cross goes neatly on the back and the clock goes on the front. There's no clearly defined area on the front for the clock to go but it's fairly obvious from the picture where it's meant to be put.
