Forge World Newsletter #419 - Archmagos Draykavac

One of the few armies that could pull me back into Warhammer 40K...unfortunately I'm far too poor to do an army consisting almost solely of Forge World models...

...of course if any-one wants to but me one I wouldn't say no...

The treacherous Archmagos Draykavac had a fearsome reputation throughout the Imperium, thinking nothing of sacrificing thousands of lives to further his knowledge and understanding of the arcane arts of the Omnissiah. When the Horus Heresy broke out, Draykavac revealed his dark allegiance to Warmaster Horus, his loyalty bought with the promise of access to technologies long forbidden by the Emperor.

The latest in our Horus Heresy Character Series, this model is provided with an alternative head that can be used to represent an Archmagos on an Abeyant to lead any Mechanicum force. The following weapons options for the Abeyant are also included: graviton gun, conversion beamer, rotor cannon and meltagun.

This multi-part complete resin kit, designed by Mark Bedford andRob MacfarlaneArchmagos Draykavac / Magos Prime is available to pre-order now and will be despatched from Friday 26th September.
You can view a video gallery of the model here.
“When Deimos and Phobos are at apogee and perigee, there thou shalt see the face of the Omnissiah. Clad in a body of gold, and wreathed in the firmament of the storm, the Lord of all Machines will stand in the midst of his people, and shall reign over all the dominion of Man. Great shall be the glory of his presence, that the sun shall hide his face in shame. For verily I say unto you that he shall be the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the master of flesh and the forger of metal. He shall be a light that shineth in darkness and a banisher of ignorance.”
