Unboxing Malifaux - 1.5 Necropunks

Some Resurrectionist ideas are better than others...none of them are going to win any design awards though...

Blister Artwork

Necropunks - Unassembled
The separate arm in the top left hand corner of the top picture below is nothing to do with this kit despite coming in the blister...it's actually an arm from a metal Flesh Construct. I didn't realise this until after I'd taken the picture...sorry about that...

Necropunk Stat Cards (1.5)
With the advent of version 2 (M2E) these 1.5 version stat cards are obsolete but they are included here for the sake of completeness.

Necropunk 1 - Assembled
The model has separate arms and a couple of spiky bits to glue into his back. The contact points are adequate enough though the fact that they stick out obviously makes them vulnerable to transportation related mishaps...

Necropunk 2 - Assembled
This one has two tiny little blade pieces that go on the end of the spikes that the Necropunk is walking on. They're a bit fiddly so I attached the model to the base first and then added the spikes afterwards so I had a flat surface to put them on. It also has a separate arm but that caused no problems to attach.

Necropunk 3 - Assembled
A single piece model that does require the removal of a support piece of sprue between the legs.

A family picture to finish...

Those of you wondering what Wyrd Games have planned for the plastic version of these can get a bit of a clue here.

Thoughts and comments are (as usual) most welcome.
