Some interesting new models from Hasslefree Miniatures many of which may be of interest to any 'Frostgrave' players out there...

It's a Box full of Red! Well, partially full of Red. We are still behind on this but pretty much everything now has an image in the listing. We have held off on the thumbnails until the sparkly new images are done so if it has a red thumbnail then it has a brand new image, if it has no thumbnail then it has the best image we currently have for it :) To be fair, some of the items sold out when they had no image at all so that hasn't bothered a lot of you! (More stock on the way, don't worry about that) Right, without further ado... The Aelfar (Elves) Red Box Aelfar are slender and average around 30mm in height. Quite a few could get away with being humans in fact, as they have their ears covered. The Aenglish (Medieval Humans) The Aenglish are a mix of Knights, Peasants and Spellcasters with a few oddballs like Mad Angus above thrown in. They have more than a hint of Monty Python about them and are styled pseudo-Reinaissance.. The Dvergr (Dwarves/Gnomes) Red Box Dwarves are styled in the D&D sense and are meant to be 4ft tall. This means they don't mix well with Games Workshop style Dwarves (Although they mix perfectly with their Lord of the Rings Line) and you shoudl be careful to note the height when mixing with other Dwarf ranges. One possible use with larger forces is as a Gnome army. Packed with details for 20mm tall miniatures though I think we can all agree! The Goblins (Uhm... Goblins?) Red Box Goblins are also small, to match the Dvergr. In fact average height of a regular goblin is around 15-16mm, leaders and Bonebacks are larger. As per usual with fantasy Goblins, you can find the Trolls mixed in with them and these two resin brutes are particularly nice examples. The Halfbloods (Mixed Race) This is a small selection of Crossbreeds, such as half-Orcs, half-Ogres etc. They aren't huge by any stretch but their proprtions are more akin to human gigantism and some have more obvious signs of their heritage. The Helvakt (Evil Barbarians) A very Chaos-y vibe to these guys. All muscle, fur and rough weapons. The Infernals (Undead & Demons) A small but growing mix of necromantic and daemonic forces. The Draugr and Zombies are particularly popular. Monsters (And Other Animals) Just one right now, the Direwolf pack leader, Fenris. The Njorn (Vikings) Warriors of the North, the Njorn most closely resemble Dark Age Vikings with a fantasy twist. The Shirelings (Halflings) A small selection of the little people of the fantasy world (although in this case they are actually slightly larger than the goblins). And Finally... As this newsletter is late, there should actually be a regular one on Sunday too for Hasslefree-related news (inluding multiple new Resin Masters 'and' metal releases - our second this month! ). After a weeklong battle with insomnia I'm very much hoping the tiredness I feel will now allow me to go crash out. If you don't hear from me by September someone come wake me up! 'til next time, Arty.
