Any budding authors out there?

Plenty of Black Library authors found their way to us through submissions windows. Here's some advice from Robbie MacNiven, one of Black Library's newer authors who came to our attention through that very same route:

"It’s important to have a strong grasp of the Games Workshop settings, but first and foremost Black Library is after great writing ability."   Robbie's first Black Library story, the Deathwatch tale 'Redblade' was published last year, and he's had plenty since. Check it out and see if you can pick up any tips that'll help you with your submission.
