9 Weeks until UK Games Expo
Expo is approaching fast so we plan a series of newsletters to let you know all about it. This way you can plan your weekend and make the most of the event.
Here we go!

Food Festival at UKGE
Last year we launched a street food festival - a gamers gourmet choice - in the carpark outside the Hilton. It is back again this year. A variety of food options will be available courtesey of Street Scoff and the Hilton. These will be served out of Street Food wagons parked in the carpark along side a Beer Bus!
Several of the caterers provide gluten free options.
Not sure where to find it. Check out the big map

Open Gaming
There is always a need for space to just sit down, get out a game and get playing. We anticipate that the peak demands for this will be FRIDAY night and SATURDAY night but have a lot of provision for OPEN GAMING all weekend.
Here is a list of what space is available for Open Gaming and when: Click here

Massive Trade Hall
We now have 200+ exhibitors at what is the largest Hobby Games Trade Hall Offering in the UK. That means many hundreds of seats in publishers stands ready for you to try out all the new games, acres of gaming goodies to look at and buy. Start saving those pennies!
Later this month we will publish the Trade Hall Maps. Here is a sneak peak of 10,000 sqm of Trade Space. The only bits left are the white and green areas.

Family Fun!
A gaming heaven of sorts, last year Imagination Gaming gave away £1,000 worth of games, brought you GIANT games, an online games directory, a creative zone AND the hotly anticipated annual IG Awards – always a huge success. This year is going to be even bigger and better, so watch this space!
Of course the rest of the hall will also have dozens of games companies with games to try for all ages.
Then there is all the Cosplay fun - meeting Daleks and Star Wars characters and maybe even coming in costume yourself and entering the competition.
Non gaming family member who would rather be buying shoes? Well there are dozens of shops in Resorts World only 200 yards away. They shop, you game. Sorted!
