DICE MASTERS! Golden Age vs. Modern Age
In 2014 we set out on a path that would lead to our players rolling an enormous number of dice, and WizKids becoming the world’s #1 dice manufacturer. Players have built up large Dice Masters collections and we’ve continued to expand the game into new licenses, product configurations, and themes. After careful consideration, and for the overall health of the game, we’re going to be splitting the constructed format into two categories – one where nearly every card and die is legal, and one where each set will have a lifespan of at least two years. The green ringed Prime 037b Deadpool goes for the black and yellow X-Men suit to reflect his time as a ‘probationary X-Man’, complete with the X-Men team ability and keyword alongside Weapon X and Assassin. This is the Deadpool to be Shifting Focus to when you know you are going to take a big hit because of his trait, Healing Factor On The Double. When he takes damage, after actions resolve, roll a d6 and heal him of half the result. If that wasn’t enough healing, he has Regeneration on his last two clicks. Rounding out his dial he has Sidestep and Phasing/Teleport to get around and Toughness and Combat Reflexes on defense to keep him from getting too dinged up while he tries to regrow limbs.
