"Why are they flickering?..."
The Yokai box contains enough parts for three miniatures...namely the Yokai. It also contains stat cards for them though there are no upgrade cards.
Yokai - Sprue
The box has one sprue in it split into two pieces (so it actually fits in the box one presumes) as well as the aforementioned cards. Here's pictures of both sides of them...

Wyrd Games didn't like my publishing pictures of both sides of the stat cards so you'll have to make do with this...
Should there be any assembly issues with the model then they will be listed in the appropriate section and you can view larger versions of the smaller pictures or instruction pictures by clicking on them.

Some General Notes on Assembly.
Many of these models contain quite small parts so depending on how dexterous you are you might consider getting yourself some tweezers. Dry-fitting is also always a good idea in case a part needs a tiny bit of extra filing or filling as some of the fits are quite tight. Where the parts on the sprue are quite thin (chains, weapon shafts, cables and the like) then it might be better to remove parts with a sharp scalpel rather than cutters.
Yokai
Yokai A - Assembled
The hands holding the weapons are difficult to align with the arms that also attach to the body so dry-fitting is strongly recommended. The rest of the model is fairly straightforward as the delicate weapon handles are supported by the models shoulders and align with indentations in them.
Yokai B - Assembled
Lets get the usual Wyrd Games model suspects out of the way...the feet are separate and small, the head is in two parts and the weapon hafts are thin so be careful when removing these parts from the sprue and when handling. The body itself is somewhat inexplicably in four pieces, two of these have indents and raised pieces respectively that slot into one another leaving a gap on each side for the remaining two pieces and the rest of the parts then attach to the completed sub-assembly.
Yokai C - Assembled
This one has the same minor issues as the above model but has no additional problems.
