Hasslefree Miniatures Newsletter

Many new releases from Hasslefree Miniatures...and some Kickstarter news...

Look at all this New Stuff!
So much stuff to release this week, it sort of piled up while we've been busy trying to get the KS pledge manager to work.
(More on that at the bottom)
We've had some issues the past couple weeks. Again more on that in the 'And Finally' section, but it's meant things are a little slower than usual. It's not affecting current orders though so no need for any big announcements :)
We have a lot of plans for this next year. And for a change, with the help of some new sculptors and artists, we plan on actually getting them 'all' done :)  Pledge Manager first, then we have a quick project planned for Kev through June, keep your eyes peeled on his artist's page and our FB for that!

Right, let's get on with these releases then ...

Metal - Larran Jax
A former rebel in the war with the Akulian Empire, Larran Jax now operates as a ... trader. Seen here with a modified Shard rifle. Many rebels ended up with such weapons following the war and held on to them, making the black market for shard ammo fairly lucrative.

Metal - Immortan Drumpf
15 years after Drumpf became the leader of the Free World, the planet is in a catastrophic state. The oceans have run dry, the air is toxic, the bees have died and we have run out of spray tan.
Maintaining leadership via the remarkably simple process of ignoring reality, the Tangerine Titan continues to hold power and in fact has seemingly grown younger, hairier and more orange than ever.

Metal - Seren a Delyth
Seren is a young Celtic archer and self-styled adventurer. Seen here dressed lightly for warmer climes and armed with her trusty bow.

Metal - Ariniel
Ariniel is an elf of the Western Sea. His people are descended from inland Wood Elves but have long since favoured the coast and are able sailors on both sea and rivers.

Metal - Daev
Daev Arnor, ex-Prime of the High Legion, current nomadic adventurer. After leaving the Legion due to a small ... disagreement with a superior, Daev has since embarked on a fast moving adventurer's life. The fact that he still wears his old armour and carries a Legion sword, however, indicates he hasn't quite put his old life behind him.

Metal - Cambion Brute
The Cambions are the hybrid offspring of Incubi and non-demonic females. A Brute like this is likely the result of breeding with either an Orc or a very large human indeed.

Height ~37mm to top of horns

Resin - 40mm Barbaric Lilith
An artist friend of HF has graciously allowed us to recreate her work as a 40mm sculpture. The fully clothed one will be along later but for now we have the 'barbaric' version.

Yes, her clothes are a part of her demonic form :)
42mm to top of horns.
(Technically, all of these are Resin Masters)

Resin Master - Mia Skyclad, Dancing Noble
Mia is the youngest daughter of a noble family, seen here dancing skyclad.
A finished dolly, a fully clothed Mia will be along at some point :)

Resin Master - Jarl Freyzi, Incubi Prince
Freyzi is an Incubi Prince, a past consort of Semira Marise and lord of the Incubi of Sthorana,  Seen here in his native form, including 'additions', and armed with a darksteel demonic sword.
41mm to top of horns.

Resin Master - Jarl Skyclad, Demonic Avatar
The human incarnation of a certain Incubi Prince, Jarl is seen here just after transformation so sans clothing.
35mm to top of head.

Resin Master - Klax Skyclad, Slayer
A diminutive Dragonslayer, Klax is seen here naked as the day he was born and with a simple axe.

30mm to top of head.

Resin Master - Ghast
Not all ghouls are made equal. How ghouls come about isn't entirely know, some say they are created by the death of a cannibal, others claim black magic is involved, but no matter how they come about they keep some of the power of their human form.
A Ghast is when the living human who becomes the flesh eating undead was a powerful specimen indeed.
31mm to top of head.

Resin Master - Spellcasting Elf Dolly
Spellcasting Female Elf, approximately 28mm in height with an incredibly intricate pose.
This is one of our premium dollies, technically a resin master and taken directly from a master mould of Kev's green. They are primarily for sculpting practise but have also been used by customers to simply add their own hair/weapons/equipment and create their perfect miniature.
No licensing is implied or given with this dolly.
28mm to top of head

And Finally...
Sal has been through the ringer this week. Kev and I are conspiring to do a little raffle or something to get her a get well soon gift. It'll probably be in the next newsletter, so keep an eye out for that.
We are into the very last stage of the Kickstarter now. The last non-Kev minis are underway, all of Kev's are finished and we have resin masters in hand. We're still making sure the 'choice' part works right before we launch but we're almost at the end of that tunnel. Production is moving along fine though with half the metal moulds underway and 41 of the minis resin moulded with castings coming in every week. We'll be fine ;)

American Gods is, so far, very fun indeed. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was excellent (I may even have preferred it to the first). Ghost in the Shell was goddawful. Wonder Woman had better be good! Come on DC, get one right at least!

That's it, I need a drink :) 'Til next time,

Arty.
