Unboxing Malifaux - Tarot Fate Deck

There are now quite a wide variety of Fate Decks available for the game of Malifaux and though I don't have them all I like to do overviews of the ones that I do. As with anything opinion on styles of art is somewhat subject so I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions about whether you like that aspect of them or not...

Tarot Fate Deck
This particular Fate Deck comes in a standard cardboard box of the kind you'd find surrounding most standard card decks though as this is a 'Tarot' deck it's somewhat larger than a standard sized Fate Deck. Here's a picture of the slip case/box art front and back as well as a picture of the card rear which I'm obviously only going to need to show once...

Like many of the newer Fate Decks produced by Wyrd these cards are quite slippery but not to the point of being unusable of course.

The Suits
The cards of each suit all have different pictures on them with each 'suit' consisting of characters from a single faction.
Crows
Masks
Rams
Tomes
The Red and Black Jokers

Weak, Moderate, Severe
The different damage levels are indicated by differing numbers of diamonds beneath the cards number to the left of the picture.

 Comparison Picture
As mentioned earlier the Tarot Deck is somewhat larger than a standard sized deck.

Thoughts and comments are (as usual) most welcome.
Should you ever choose to purchase something based on one of my features or reviews then it would be nice if you could let the company know where the inspiration came from...who knows...they might be grateful to the poor unappreciated blogger who sent you their way...if however I've put you off a product...well...you can keep that info to yourself...
