"Great Service and Communication. Buy With Confidence!" I always like getting TrustPilot reviews from you guys. That one was from a few days ago. It's not that I like being told that I'm doing a good job (although who doesn't like that?). It's that these reviews are one of the ways that you tell me that we're on the right track. Because we take customer service seriously. I've said before that one of my main motivations for starting Leodis Games was experiencing the awful service I got elsewhere and thinking I can do better than that And we do indeed do better than that! People often get in touch to say thank you and tell us we've gone above and beyond. But I'll let you into a little secret. We don't go above and beyond. Because to my mind this is the level of customer service that you should get anywhere. And it saddens me that it's not standard. Take this months Malifaux releases for instance. Twice it's been delayed. And twice I've got in contact with everyone who's got an order to let them know. Sorted out refunds where necessary. Swapped models out for others where requested. And I've had to take to social media to let people who brought elsewhere know about the delays. Because the stores they've brought of don't think its important to tell them :( Now hopefully next week I'll be shipping it all out. But if that doesn't happen I'll be back in contact to let you know. Because I want you to be able to buy with confidence. I'd considered holding off February's Malifaux releases to avoid confusion with two sets of pre orders. But people have been asking me for them. So when you look below you'll see February and January's (and actually half of Decembers because they're still not here!!!!!) Malifaux releases. Take a look and see which ones you need to fill out your crew. And remember that you can buy from us with confidence!
