Crew a Week Challenge...Changing the Rules a Little...

My original plan for this weeks challenge was to paint Som'er Teeth Jones's 'The Gremlins' box set and then the week after do Ophelia La Croix's 'Born on the Bayou' one. That plan was further complicated by the fact that I did 'unboxing' features on Gracie, Burt, and Wong and instantly wanted to paint them all...

As it's more effective use of time to paint models with a similar paint scheme in a batch it seemed logical to prepare, assemble and undercoat them all simultaneously. So I initially thought of changing it to a fundamentally similar 'Two crews in two weeks challenge'. Of course as I've already pointed out, it's easier to paint as a batch so I ordered some more Gremlin models for week two and then I got carried away...just...a...little....

It was getting a bit much even at this early stage...

...okay...a lot....as I've now put in an order for every Gremlin model I could find, lol.


This makes my painting list potentially...

Therefore 'Crew a Week' is going to be 'Faction a Month'...just for this lot...then it will be back to the normal rules...

It's basically a model a day...which doesn't sound that bad...
