Wyrd Games - August 'GenCon' Newsletter

The most expensive month of the year for Malifaux fans...

It's August, and that means that it's almost time for GenCon! The Wyrd office is preparing furiously to make sure that it's a great convention for our entire community, regardless of whether you're able to make it there physically or not! To that end, we've got a bunch of releases that will be availale to you that we think you'll enjoy.

We have a variety of painting contests coming up this year, and we'd love it if you took part in all of them! These contests are a great way to test your skills or just to give yourself a painting deadline.

Wyrd have a variety of offerings for the community:

Wyrd Chronicles. The Chronicles have stories, hobby articles, RPG adventures, and more! Be sure to check out this magazine, currently available on DriveThruRPG.
Monday Previews. Most Mondays, we release a s neak preview. These are a great opportunity to see what Wyrd is working on and what's coming down the pipeline.
Wallpaper Wednesday. Every Wednesday, a new wallpaper is made available on our website. There is a large collection of wallpapers for our games available.
Tales of Malifaux. Every other Wednesday, we release a free podcast that goes through the Malifaux fiction one story at a time, starting all the way back with the first book in first edition.
The Other Side. On Fridays, we try to show off some previews for our upcoming miniatures game. Check out some of the previews and see what's in store!

We also have monthly local game store (LGS) promotions to help promote your nearby store! You can find the details on our August promotion below and past promotions by clicking on the image to the left.
