This week's Monday Preview is a look at the Outcasts' Emissary of Fate, the Hodgepodge Emissary. This peddling Emissary is capable of handing out Upgrades to make the rest of your Crew better and brings some added mobility. Like all of the Emissaries, he comes with an Upgrade personalized to each Master that is capable of hiring him.
