'The right tool for the job'
The Union Steamfitters box contains enough parts for three miniatures...namely the Union Steamfitters. It also contains stat cards for them though there are no upgrade cards.
Union Steamfitters - Sprue
The box has one sprue in it split into two pieces (so it actually fits in the box one presumes) as well as the aforementioned cards. Here's pictures of both sides of them and close-ups of the sub-assemblies.
Union Steamfitters - Stat Card
Wyrd Games didn't like my publishing pictures of both sides of the stat cards so you'll have to make do with this...
Should there be any assembly issues with the model then they will be listed in the appropriate section and you can view larger versions of the smaller pictures or instruction pictures by clicking on them.

Some General Notes on Assembly
Many of these models contain quite small parts so depending on how dexterous you are you might consider getting yourself some tweezers. Dry-fitting is also always a good idea in case a part needs a tiny bit of extra filing or filling as some of the fits are quite tight. Where the parts on the sprue are quite thin (chains, weapon shafts, cables and the like) then it might be better to remove parts with a sharp scalpel rather than cutters.
Union Steamfitters
Union Steamfitter 1 - Assembled
There are some small tubes on this model but there alignment is fine but as usual take care when removing them from the sprue and when handling. The left hand has one of the fingers from the right hand on it but this part also aligns excellently.
Union Steamfitter 2 - Assembled
The pony tail on this one is obviously delicate but that's not the real issue with this particular model. There is a satchel containing tools that has thin straps and though they go flat against the model still need to be handled carefully until they're in place. The main issue is that the satchel and separate tool box each contain a tiny robot whose legs are separate parts and the four aforementioned legs are extremely tiny. Tweezers are pretty essential and at some point between me assembling this model and photographing it one set fell off the one in the satchel and became lost forever...so take care...
Union Steamfitter 3 - Assembled
The right arm folds over the knee and the left arm goes on top so make sure you attach the right arm first or you'll have problems. The left arm aligns a tiny screwdriver with the models head that he's chewing/licking so make sure the figures head is in the correct position or there's no room for it in the gap...it also bends very easily (the screwdriver not the head). Fortunately the robot legs on this one are a complete assembly.

Thoughts and comments are (as usual) most welcome.
Should you ever choose to purchase something based on one of my features or reviews then it would be nice if you could let the company know where the inspiration came from...who knows...they might be grateful to the poor unappreciated blogger who sent you their way...if however I've put you off a product...well...you can keep that info to yourself...
